Home Care Agencies
If you're an agency owner and want to offer health benefits to your employees โ€” whether you contribute to the premium or offer it as a voluntary payroll-deduction option โ€” any of the six plans can be structured as a group benefit. No minimum employer contribution required on the Access plans.

Individual Caregivers
If your agency doesn't offer health benefits, or you work part-time across multiple agencies, you can purchase coverage directly as an individual. The Health Access plans start at $49.95/month and the MVP plans are available to individuals and families at the rates shown. Coverage is portable โ€” it stays with you even if you change employers.
